CORAL & TEAL TWEEN HEAVEN
GIRL’s bedroom
Our young client is a stylish tweenager who loves ballet, flamingos and all things coral so designing her room was fun!
We worked on this project on a remote design basis which means our client (well, her mum!) did all the execution herself based on our designs and sourcing lists. It’s so rewarding for us to see these finished projects as we don’t get to do the full installation and sometimes never see the result of our hard work.
We were allowed to go bold on this room, with a statement wallpaper the client ended up finding in Paris and shipped over, and a wonderful shade of blush pink with coral tones - it’s Soft Shell from Benjamin Moore and it complements perfectly the teal tones of the soft furnishings.
The bed is a classic yet timeless piece from Pottery Barn Kids, the storage bench is an IKEA hack using a couple of KALLAX (our favourite hack!), the floating shelves are also from IKEA, the rug is a gem from Lorena Canals available from The Bowery Company, the framed artworks are all from our go-to-place for affordable prints Drawdeck, and the accessories and lamp are from Amara, Next.ae, JYSK, and HomeCentre.
